I purchased an IC400 spin bike for my wife. JLL was great at keeping me informed during the whole ordering and delivery process. The bike showed up via courier right on the day they said it would. It was packed really well and put together in a flash. We did have a minor cosmetic issue, but their customer service handled it swiftly and nicely.
The bike itself is fantastic; my wife is really into it and it exceeds her expectations.

Got some solid advice before I made my purchase. There was a hiccup with the order that caused a delay in delivery, but they offered a treadmill mat as a way to make up for it. Eventually, it arrived as promised, and I'm really pleased with the machine.

The delivery was top-notch, and the item was packed really well. The YouTube tutorial was helpful, though it could use some different angles or a breakdown of parts since a few things were a bit of a guess. But the best part? The rower is just fantastic!

This is my third time writing about this treadmill since things just aren’t functioning right. The mat you get from them lifts up every single time I attempt to roll the treadmill onto it. Then there’s the wheel that doesn’t roll or move as it should. I’ve tried oiling it and adjusting the bolts, but nothing seems to help. Tonight, while I was rolling the treadmill onto the mat that kept lifting, I noticed the rubber stabilizer had completely detached from the bolt it was supposed to be attached to. I’m really let down and will be calling them tomorrow to find out what can be done because, honestly, parts of my treadmill are broken and I’m not pleased at all.

Showed up on time, kept me updated throughout the process, and was packed really well. Even though it's a budget-friendly rowing machine, the JLL200 is perfect for newbies or, like myself, older folks. Assembly is a breeze, and it operates smoothly and quietly.

I bought a yoga mat on Amazon back in June and reached out to the supplier directly because I noticed some cracks on the mat I’d been using for a bit. To my surprise, they got back to me right away. They even sent a free replacement as a nice gesture. The first one got lost in transit, so they quickly shipped out a second one, and now I’ve got the new mat. It’s pretty rare these days to see such solid after-sale support. I’d totally recommend this seller, and I’ll definitely choose them over others whenever I can.

I've been using my JLL bike for roughly a year and a half, and I absolutely adore it. It's super user-friendly and provides an excellent workout. The sales team is incredibly supportive, and every time I've reached out, they've been quick to assist and ship items. I pair my bike with Apple Fitness + and Peloton sessions, and it works like a charm. Couldn't be happier with my buy and would definitely consider JLL products again down the line.
